Hello, there! I'm Kirsten Browning – a wife, a mom, and the proud founder of Tried & True Tallow.

I deeply value time-honored traditions, techniques, and recipes and love reintroducing lost practices into my family's modernized lifestyle.

One such practice is the use of tallow in skincare, a technique that can be traced back to the ancient Egyptians! For centuries, people have reaped the benefit of its incredible nutrient density. In our era of clean and non-toxic beauty, beef tallow is being rediscovered and I'm so excited to share it with you.

At Tried & True, we take a holistic approach to skincare. Our clean and non-toxic skincare products are crafted from pure, simple, organic ingredients like grass-fed tallow, cold-pressed jojoba oil, and organic herbs. Each ingredient we use is carefully selected for its nutrients, essential for maintaining skin health.

Because of our commitment to creating non-toxic beauty products, all of our products are in line with food-grade standards. I firmly believe if it's not pure enough to eat, it's not pure enough for our skin.
